Royal Peak Lighting Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Royal Peak Lighting, we provide flexible purchase options, including down payments and financing, to make our products more accessible. Please review our policy before completing your order:

Purchase Options

• Full Payment: Orders paid in full are processed immediately.

• Down Payments: If you select a down payment option, the remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed-upon schedule.

• Financing: Financing terms, including interest rates and payment schedules, will be disclosed and must be adhered to in full.

Cancellations

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

• Down payments and financing agreements are non-refundable.

• If payments are not completed as agreed, Royal Peak Lighting reserves the right to cancel the order and retain any payments made.

Exceptions

• If an order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances on our end (such as stock unavailability), customers will be notified and offered a full refund or alternative solution.
