Royal Peak Lighting Return Policy

At Royal Peak Lighting LLC, customer satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exceptions: Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives in either of the following conditions, we will gladly provide a replacement or resolution:

  • Defective: The product does not function as intended.

  • Damaged: The product was damaged during shipping.

To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo or video evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement or offer an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  • Incorrect selection of size, color, or product type.

  • Any issue reported more than 7 days after delivery.
